With more companies urging their employees to return to the office instead of working from home, a new study shows that commuting back and forth to work can be good for your health. In a study of 3,000 participants, researchers at University College London found that driving to and from work improved people’s mental health. It also helped them lose weight, as roughly half said working from home allowed them to snack more.
