To get the best sleep possible, optimize your bedroom. Create conditions perfect for a good night’s sleep. Keep your bedroom cool, between 60 and 67 degrees. Eliminate all sources of light, even from electronic devices. Use blackout curtains or an eye mask, and try ear plugs or a white noise machine to block out distracting sounds.
