Most people should be eating more fish. It’s a good source of protein, and it contains vitamins and minerals, so try to eat at least 2 portions of fish a week. Eat 1 portion of oily fish, like salmon or trout, which are high in omega-3 fats and might help prevent heart disease. But avoid or limit fish with high mercury levels, like tuna and swordfish.
Add more fish to your diet
