Silent spreaders of the coronavirus could be more common than previously thought. In a study published last week in Clinical Epidemiology, UK researchers looked at over 36,000 people tested for the virus over a two-month period from April to June. Over 86 percent of those who tested positive did not have symptoms like cough, fever or a loss of taste and/or smell at the time of the test. The researchers concluded that COVID symptoms are poor indicators you could have the virus.
