Childhood obesity has become a big problem in this country. Sodas and drinks loaded with sugar, like many fruit juices and sports drinks, are part of the problem. Kids who drink sugar-sweetened beverages consume hundreds of extra, unnecessary calories a day. Avoid buying sodas and sugary drinks at the grocery store, and pack water for school and sports.
Cut soda and sugary drinks out of your kids’ diet
