A new study published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology shows that while the COVID-19 pandemic has made it harder for us to pursue and achieve our goals, a majority still care about those goals and are doing what we can to achieve them. In fact, most people in the study exhibited remarkable resilience in the face of the coronavirus lockdowns, using creative strategies to still pursue personal and professional goals and projects. This research shows the tenacious spirit most people have to find a way in the midst of the restrictions and uncertainty of these times.
