I will say that I just completed the book Essentialism by Greg McKeown. It is amazing, and I can’t stress enough how much it can help anyone. Basically it emphasizes the idea that you must focus on doing less in every aspect of your lives so that you can do those few things better. Pick up a copy. Trust me, you will not regret it.
