In a recent video, I described blood flow restriction. I explained what it is and how you can do it. While it has become more common in physical therapy clinics for use in rehab after ACL surgeries and knee replacements, blood flow restriction is also a great way to build muscle strength and hypertrophy.

In this video, I show you how you can use blood flow restriction, or tourniquets while you work out, to get bigger and stronger. There are some important principles about how tight the tourniquets should be, so always be careful.
