Blood flow restriction training is a fairly new training and treatment method that can benefit many people. It originally started with bodybuilders, but it has quickly moved into the realm of physical therapy, as it can help people with many orthopedic injuries.

In this video, I explain what blood flow restriction training is and how it can benefit you. I discuss how you can create a tourniquet while you are working out even if you don’t have the fancy machines. Plus I show you some exercises and protocols for reps, sets and duration so you can get started with blood flow restriction training.
