Book I read this week: The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. This book is unbelievable. It shows how simple habits done regularly can make a dramatic impact in your health, career, finances and every other aspect of your life. If you haven’t read it, pick it up and use it in the new year!
Book I’m reading next week: The Bulletproof Diet: Lose up to a Pound a Day, Reclaim Energy and Focus, Upgrade Your Life by Dave Asprey. I heard about Bulletproof Coffee on a James Altucher podcast, and I tried it. I’ve been drinking it now for 7 months. I’m down to that one cup of coffee a day, and I am much more productive. Maybe it’s time to try the entire diet!
